The Purpose of Vemma™

Is to create a dynamic stand-alone opportunity that attracts yet another networking segment to our overall business and creates a dynamic new income stream for our active New Vision® Member base. The only product that will be marketed under this opportunity is the Vemma Nutrition Program. This same philosophy has been very successful with our Spa Essentials line and its success in attracting party plan marketers.

This separate subsidiary of New Vision brings four critical marketing factors into play:

The product offering will be limited to The Vemma Nutrition Program (the sister product to the current Essential Nutrition Program™ Plus, featuring the same formulas with different names and packaging). The name Vemma (pronounced Vee-Ma) is an acronym for the two 32 oz bottle contents of Vitamins, Essential Minerals®, Mangosteen and Aloe. The Vemma Member and Customer price of the Vemma Nutrition Program will be $60 which will include a self-replicating marketing website for Members and free shipping for customers. The current Essential Nutrition Program™ will remain available under the New Vision opportunity.

The Concept of Vemma Is to generate a secondary income stream for those New Vision Members wishing to participate. Each new Vemma enrollee will automatically become a New Vision Consumer Direct Participant placed frontline to their enroller. If they wish to upgrade to Member status, they simply need to purchase the $14.95 Business Essentials Kit. Current New Vision Members' participation in this program is optional and free of charge. As your Vemma organization grows, thousands of new customers may migrate over to Members' New Vision businesses.
 

The Placement Of a new enrollee in Vemma will be placed on the left or right of the enroller's business in the Vemma Dual Line compensation plan and frontline to that same enroller on the New Vision compensation plan as Consumers. A New Vision auto-placement feature will allow the enroller the option of creating a 3X7 structure (3 frontline, 9 second level, 81 third level, 243 fourth level, etc.) for their New Vision business if desired.
 

The Dual Line Compensation Plan Is based on the simple two team-building concept, a left and right team. Each New Vision membership will be given only one position in this compensation plan. When your efforts are focused on building one position with a two-team organization with the Vemma opportunity, you're simultaneously building a New Vision business. Those wanting to focus solely on Vemma need only leave the auto-placement feature on the New Vision side in place and their new Consumers will be strategically placed for them. All that's necessary to qualify for a New Vision Bonus check will be to place a New Vision 100QV+ order with an Autoship base order of at least 40 QV in addition to their Vemma Nutrition Program order.

Since there are just two teams to build, this creates excitement as new Members join one after the other down team lines, helping more people benefit from the volume and creating greater leverage within the plan.
