Retail Sales
(United States Only)
Signing up as a New Vision Team Member allows you to purchase
New Vision's outstanding products at the wholesale Member price.
You may then sell products to customers at a retail price you
set — New Vision publishes Suggested Retail prices only as a
guide — and keep the profit.
Retail Rebate
(United States Only)
When you purchase product over 300 Qualifying Volume (QV) in a
month you are eligible to receive a 20% Retail Rebate on the
product purchased over 300 QV. This Retail Rebate is 20% of the
Commissionable Volume (CV) on the amount over 300 QV.
Royalty Override Bonus
The Royalty Override Bonus is the foundation on which your New
Vision career path is built. Starting at the position of
Referring Team Member, you can qualify to earn 6-8% of the CV on
the business you create in your network.
You will earn 6% on your first active level of downline Team
Members. 8% on up to the next four active levels and 2, 3, 4 or
5% on the sixth active level of downline Team Members, depending
on your monthly qualification.
This bonus features Compression Maximizer, which maximizes the
number of people that you can get paid on. Compression Maximizer
will include all individuals with less than 100 QV in one level
and will not complete that level until one single person with
100 QV or more is found. Thus, when you earn on four levels, you
can actually be earning on many more than four people!
The Royalty Override Bonus also features Dynamic Compression
which maximizes the payout. Dynamic Compression will pay out all
levels of the Royalty Override Bonus by searching up the upline
until it finds a Member who is qualified to earn the bonus. That
qualified Member could receive a double or triple bonus on that
volume.
My Pay Plus Bonus
New Vision rewards Members who participate in the Autoship
Program by having a monthly recurring order with 100 QV or
greater (or 40 QV personally with a minimum of 60 QV in CDP2
volume) with the My Pay Plus Bonus. When you personally enroll
other Members and participate in the Autoship program, you will
earn a 20% bonus of the CV of all of their orders (up to 300 QV
per month in the US), every month, no matter what level you
enroll them on in your group. This bonus is funded through a
slight reduction in upline royalties.
When the My Pay Plus Bonus pays out, the Commissionable Volume
that pays out to the upline in Royalty Override and the Diamond
Bonus will be pro-rated to 76%. The reduced CV after the My Pay
Bonus has paid out is called Paid on Volume (POV).
Consumer Retail Profit
As a Member, you may frequently have customers who are strongly
attached to New Vision products and purchase on a regular basis.
These Customers can purchase product directly from New Vision at
the Consumer Direct price, a price slightly below the Suggested
Retail. The Consumer Retail Profit or difference between the
Member and Consumer Direct price pays out to you, the Enroller.
(CDP1 volume also qualifies for My Pay Plus and Royalty
Bonuses.) If a Consumer has an Autoship order that
qualifies for free shipping, this profit will be utilized to pay
shipping and handling costs and you will only be paid on the
order's CV according to your rank.
Consumer Bonus
As an extra reward for new Consumer enrollment, the Consumer
Bonus will pay out 50% of the CV of the newly enrolled CDP1s
first order to you, the enroller, if you enroll them within your
six active levels. Subsequent orders pay out using the regular
My Pay Plus procedure. This bonus pays out on CDP1s only. This
bonus is funded through the elimination of the upline royalties
on the first order only.
Diamond Bonus
This bonus offers you rewards once you attain the level of
Diamond and also when you have downline Diamond Team Leader
groups who produce sales activity in your organization. As a
qualified Diamond Team Leader (or above), you can earn two
percent on your own Diamond Group Volume as well as two percent
on the Diamond Group Volume (DGV) of qualified Diamond Team
Leaders (or above in rank) in your organization, up to six
diamond generations based on your qualification. Including your
own Diamond Group Volume, this bonus can actually pay 7
generations. Like the Royalty Override Bonus, Diamond Bonus also
features Dynamic Compression.
Top Producer's Bonus
Each month a percentage of worldwide sales is set aside to
reward My Pay Plus qualified Members who have personally
enrolled a minimum of three new Members or Consumers with orders
of at least 100 QV each.* The top 25 producers (based on new
enrolled volume) earn a fixed amount (from $2,000 to $100) plus
a prorated share. The top three producers, for example, earn
$2,000, $1,500 and $1,000 respectively. Those that do not rank
in the top 25 will earn their prorated share of the total. The
prorated share is determined by monthly total new enrolled
volume. In 2002, the average prorated share paid out in a month
to the Members who qualified for Top Producer's Bonus was
$109.04 each. *Australian new enrollees must have 200 QV to qualify their
enroller for Top Producers Bonus.
Profit Sharing Bonus
This bonus will pay quarterly to qualified Double Platinums and
higher. The payout will be in the form of a share. A specific
percent is set aside for each rank. In order to qualify to
receive a half share, a Team Member must qualify at their rank
(Double Platinum or higher) two out of the three months. To
receive a full share, the Team Member must qualify at their rank
all three months of the quarter.
