Spa Essentials Program
New Vision's Spa Essentials Program allows you to embrace the
power of the home party system to create a duplicatable
customer acquisition program with unlimited earnings
potential. Team Members who work the Spa Essentials home party
system are known as Consultants.
Consumer Retail Profit
Guests at your parties pay Consumer Direct prices (guest
price) which are slightly below retail. The Consumer Retail
Profit or difference between Team Member and Consumer Direct
Price pays out to you, the Consultant who coordinated the
party. With an average Consumer Retail Profit of $3 per
product, the Consumer Retail profit can be a considerable
portion of your earnings.
Consultant Bonus
New Vision rewards Members working the Spa Essentials Program
as Consultants through the 35% Consultant Bonus. Qualified
Consultants (the qualifications are the same as those for a
Team Member - please see page 6 for more information) are
eligible to earn 35% of the total CV from the parties at which
they consulted.
Training Bonus
This bonus rewards upline leaders who are helping train their
downlines to work the Spa Essentials Plan. As a qualified
Diamond (or above), you can earn 3% on your own Diamond Group
Volume as well on the Diamond Group Volume (DGV) of qualified
Diamond Team Leaders (or above) in your first two levels.
Dynamic Compression maximizes the payout. Like the Diamond
Bonus, the Training Bonus uses Dynamic Compression to maximize
the payout to you. Plus, you do not have to work the Spa
Essentials Program as a Consultant to earn the Training Bonus
from downline Spa Essentials Diamond Group Volume.
Conversion Bonus
In addition to the bonuses listed above, the Consultant can
earn a Conversion Bonus. Those who attend a party and place an
order are assigned a "guest" status. As a guest, they are not
tied to the Consultant. Thus, Consultants are encouraged to
follow up with guests for repeat orders and conversion to
Consumer Direct or Team Member status. As an extra incentive
to convert party guests to Consumers or Members, the
Conversion Bonus will pay out 50% of the CV on the first
regular order of any Consumer or Member who converts from
guest status within 90 days of the date of their guest order.
Subsequent orders pay out according to the traditional New
Vision plan. This bonus is funded through upline royalties.
Top Party Producer's Bonus
Each month a percentage of total company party sales will be
set aside to reward the top party producers who have
personally consulted at a minimum of one party with $200 USD
total party sales.* The top three producers (based on total
party sales) earn a fixed amount, $500 USD, $300 USD, and $200
USD respectively.
Enroller Bonus
Qualified Enrollers may be eligible to earn 3% on the
Commissionable Volume on any Spa Party orders; this is in
addition to any Spa Essentials Bonuses.
How to Advance While Earning
Rank Advancement in the Spa Essentials Program is the same as
in New Vision's traditional marketing program. Once you
qualify at a level, you are qualified to earn all of the
bonuses associated with that level on whatever volume is
underneath you. Thus, to qualify as a Consultant (or Team
Member), you must have at least 100 QV in personal volume for
each month with an Autoship order on file for at least 40 QV*.
Spa Essentials Frequently Asked Questions
Does a guest at a party automatically become a Consumer or
Member under the Consultant?
No, the Consultant needs to follow up with the guest and
convert them to a Member or Consumer. Until they do so, the
guest is a free agent.
Can a Consultant earn volume from a guest order if that guest
has previously been to a different Consultant's party?
Yes. Guest orders count as the individual party Consultant's
volume unless that guest has been enrolled as a Consumer
Direct Participant or Member. When a guest is a Consumer
Direct Participant or Member, the guest's volume counts under
the person who is the enroller.
*Members enrolled prior to March 1, 2003 do not need to
meet the Autoship requirement in order to earn a check. The 40
QV Autoship Base Order is required in order to be eligible to
earn specific New Vision Bonuses.
